Alexia’s been at Umbrellar Technology Group for nearly two years - but in a way, it feels like a lifetime. Service delivery is the backbone of IT, and she’s the one making sure it all runs smoothly.

Her biggest realisation in recent years? “The world simply doesn’t run without IT.”

Despite working in cloud computing, she still encounters the classic misconception: "People think it’s all just floating in the air and somehow stays up there."

Outside of IT, Alexia is deep in the world of film, working as a script supervisor on film sets during weekends and holidays. She thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments - whether it’s keeping productions running or ensuring Umbrellar Technology Group’s service delivery is seamless.
